Lieber Herr Schroer,
ich möchte ein JetProp-Problem thematisieren, da ich annehme, dass auch Flugzeuge der MMIG46 betroffen sind.
In LOWI sind wir mittlerweile 4 (vier! - wohl die höchste JetProp- Dichte an einem europäischen Flughafen?). 3 davon haben das selbe
Problem:
Bei Flügen in Vereisungsbedingungen - selbst bei leichtem Ansatz - ertönt vom Triebwerk manchmal (nicht immer!) von einer Sekunde auf die andere ein "rauer" Triebwerkslauf. Ich möchte mich nicht darauf festlegen, ob es eine Vibration ist - es klingt nur ein wenig angsteinflößend und wird vor allem auch von den Passagieren wahrgenommen.
Da die Spitze des Spinners nach solchen Flügen stets vereist ist, wähnte ich darin die Ursache. Aber wir haben verschiedene Propeller installiert, und MT-Straubing schloss ein Problem aus, da das Eis im Zentrum der Rotation und sehr gleichmäßig auftritt. Das ist plausibel.
Viel mehr wähnte man ein Problem bei der Enteisung der einzelnen Propellerblätter, doch ergab eine Überprüfung, dass sie tadellos funktioniert.
Das Geräusch lässt mit der Zeit nach, oder setzt auch abrupt aus, um wenig später wieder zu kommen. Unser Mechaniker vermutet, dass es mit der Ansaugluft und der Umlenkung um 180° zusammenhängt und sich irgendwo Eis ansetzt. Die drei betroffenen JetProps haben 2x /21 und 1x /34 eingebaut. Bei einer Mirage mit /35 wurde dieses Problem noch nicht beobachtet.
Auf der www.jetprop.com (http://www.jetprop.com) haben wir keine diesbezüglichen Meldungen nachlesen können. Vielleicht möchten SIE im MMIG46-Forum dieses Phänomen beschreiben und um ein Feedback anderer JetProp-Piloten bitten?
